We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. If the product is faulty or damaged, we may consider an exchange for a replacement product or repair under warranty. The customer is responsible for paying the delivery fee for returns.

Condition for Returns

Warranty
We offer a warranty on our products:

•⁠ ⁠Brand new products: 6 months to 1.5 years warranty (dependent on product)

Refunds
We only process refunds for bank transfer payments if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement. To request a refund, please contact us promptly.
